What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

In my Urine Routine Test the result showing as follow Pus cells 10-15/hpf normal mentioned 0-5/hpf epithelial cells 8-10/hpf normal mentioned 0-2/hpf RBC occasional normal mentioned 0-2/hpf kindly tell me is any problem with kidney or related.

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

That report shows presence of increased white blood cells and epithelial cells (cells lining the urinary tract) in your urine.
What that means is that you have a mild urinary infections. It is very common especially if you are a female and usually is treated with antibiotics, you shouldn't be overalarmed. You should talk to your doctor about the most appropriate antibiotic where you live and possible side effects.
